How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their SimMed.ai account using one of the following methods:

From Within the Application

  • Open the SimMed.ai mobile application.

  • Navigate to Profile / Account Settings.

  • Select Delete Account.

  • Confirm the deletion request.

By Email Request

If you are unable to access the application, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

  • Navigate to Profile / Account Settings.

  • Select Delete Account.

  • Confirm the deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and processing of your request, SimMed.ai will permanently delete or anonymize the following information associated with your account:

User profile information

Authentication and login information

Chat history and session data

Uploaded files and media

Preferences and settings

Other personally identifiable information associated with your account

Limited Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for:

  • Legal or regulatory compliance

  • Fraud prevention and security purposes

  • Financial, tax, or audit obligations

  • Enforcement of our Terms of Service

Secure storage during required retention periods

Where retention is required, such data will be securely stored and deleted once the retention obligation expires.

Processing Timeline

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7–30 business days from the date of verification.

You may receive a confirmation email once your account deletion request has been completed.
